The template is the college's own, the data sits with institutional research, and the writing gets done in Word at the end of a long semester. How it works
Four steps. The college's template is the input and the output — nothing is retyped into a form of ours, and nothing comes back in a layout you have to reformat.
1 Upload your template
The Word document your college already uses. We read its headings, its prompts and its tables, and map them to the sections of a review.
2 Answer its questions
Your template's own questions, one at a time, plus the enrollment and outcomes figures for the period under review.
3 Confirm the data
Labour-market figures are retrieved for your programs' occupations. Nothing is cited in a draft until a person has confirmed it.
4 Draft, review, export
A first draft in your template's own structure. Edit any section, ask for a revision, then download the finished Word document.
It comes back as your document
Not a PDF of our design, and not a copy that approximates your template. The same file, with the narrative filled in — headings, numbering, tables and comments intact.

Built for work that gets audited
A person confirms every figure
Retrieved data is a candidate until somebody accepts it, and a figure nobody confirmed cannot be cited in a draft.
Every figure traces to a source
Numbers in the prose are references to confirmed data, not text the model typed. Change the figure and the document follows.
The draft says it is a draft
An exported document carries a disclosure that AI assisted in writing it, and the review has to be acknowledged before it can be downloaded.
One college cannot see another
Separation between colleges is enforced in the database itself, not in application code, and is tested adversarially.
Everything is recorded
Who changed what, when, and whether a person or the model wrote it. The trail is append-only — it cannot be edited after the fact.
Accessible output
Exported documents are checked for the things a public institution's accessibility review looks for.
